This is a personal site about the dogs in my life all of which have been SPECIAL in their own way.

My name is Molly Lewis and my 1st dog was a Wired Fox Terrier called ROGER. That was in 1938 when I was 2 years old. We were then 'bombed' and we lost everything including my dear ROGER.

I think I learnt my love for the canine creatures from my father who thought a dog was part of the family.

When I was first married my husband Les and I were young and busy bringing up our children. They had the usual pets, goldfish,tortoise, the school's hamster on holidays our cat called Sarah THEN......... oh please can we have a dog?

Well always having had the terrier breeds as a girl I thought 'YIPPEE',

My husband said,"if we have a dog it will be a Boxer" oh dear I thought,they are ugly and I did not know what to expect.

Well that was in 1967 and I have not had a year since then without a beautiful Boxer dog.

In 1983 "Taura Boxers" was established with my 1st litter.

Having had some small success in the show ring and a few litters over the years the breed is so special to me and I have now only got 1 beautiful red and white boy called RED. This fella is really special as he has been by my side during my dear husband's illness.

In 2005 I acquired my 1st PUG called PEGGY
